New homes are the heart of what we do, but we also take on additions, remodels, and ADUs. Whatever the project, the same crew and the same owner see it through from start to finish.
New Homes
This is the core of our business. You bring a lot, or a house you plan to tear down, and we deliver a finished custom home. We handle every stage, from the raw dirt to the last coat of paint.
A lot of our homes go up on hillside lots, so we do plenty of caisson, grading, and retaining work to get a solid pad before anything else starts.

Additions
Sometimes you like where you live and just need more room. We add second stories, primary suites, bigger kitchens, and whole new wings.
The hard part of an addition is making the new part look like it was always there. Matching the roofline, the siding, and the details is where a lot of contractors cut corners. We don't.

Remodels
If the bones are good, a remodel can get you most of the way to a new house for a lot less money. We do full gut jobs and single rooms.
Kitchens and baths are the usual ones, but we also open up old, chopped-up floor plans and pull walls wherever the structure lets us. When we open a wall and find a surprise, you hear about it right away, not at the end.

ADUs
An ADU is a smart way to add value or make room for family. California changed the rules to make these much easier to permit, and we build them all three ways.
Detached in the backyard, attached to the house, or a garage conversion. We take care of the permits and the utility hookups so you're not the one chasing the city.
