We build it right
We build what we'd want to live in. If it's not good enough for our own house, it's not good enough for yours.
Over thirty years, more than a hundred custom homes, and the same standards we've held since day one.
Westec started in 1993 as a small outfit with one simple rule: build every house like it's your own, whether the client is watching or not. Three decades and more than a hundred homes later, that rule hasn't changed.
We've built across Los Angeles and the Valley. Modern farmhouses in Encino, a Mediterranean estate in Tarzana, cantilevered hillside homes in the Hollywood Hills, even a desert estate out in Arizona. Some began as bare lots, many were tear-downs. Over the years we've assembled a trusted bench of architects, engineers, framers, and subcontractors we've worked alongside for decades, and that continuity is a big part of why our projects run so smoothly.
We're still family run. An owner is still on every job. And we still measure a finished home by a single question: would the people living in it hire us again?
We build what we'd want to live in. If it's not good enough for our own house, it's not good enough for yours.
An owner is on every job. We pick up the phone, own the problems, and finish what we start.
One price, a real schedule, and no surprises. If something comes up, you hear about it that day.
We're licensed, bonded, and insured in California, and the license has been in good standing for over 30 years. You can look it up any time on the state contractors board website.
