A rebuild is ground-up construction, and that's the work we've done for over 30 years. We've built more than a hundred homes across Los Angeles, many on steep, demanding hillside lots, so returning a cleared parcel to a finished home is territory we know well.
It's also far from our first rebuild after a wildfire. We stood with homeowners through the Woolsey Fire and again after the Pasadena fires, so we know the parts that catch people off guard: the insurance claims, the debris certifications, the layers of permitting. Not just the framing and the finishes.

Clearing the site
Before we can build, the lot needs to be cleared, tested for contaminants, and signed off by the county. We coordinate the debris removal, soil testing, and grading so your site is ready to go.
Insurance and scope
We work through your insurance scope with you and build an honest, itemized number for the rebuild. We've dealt with adjusters for years, and we'll make sure you know exactly what your policy does and doesn't cover.
Plans and permits
We handle the architecture and engineering, then carry your project through plan check and the city and county rebuild programs, so it keeps moving instead of stalling in a queue.

From here it's a Westec home like any other. Our crew builds it, an owner stays on site, and you hear from us at every stage, right up until we hand you the keys.
